According to the legislation in force regarding e-commerce, the Customer may exercise his right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the delivery of the Products or from the conclusion of the contracts in the case of Services.
During this, the Products and/or Services purchased by the Client from www.naturenest.ro can be returned, without the need to specify any reasons for return, and the amounts paid will be refunded. To facilitate the return process and ensure its speed, www.naturenest.ro provides the Client with the facility to complete and submit a return form.

If the Order has already been paid for and the Client requests withdrawal from the Contract within the legal term, www.naturenest.ro will reimburse its equivalent within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Client informed www.naturenest.ro regarding the decision to withdraw from the Contract.
The Order value will be refunded using the same payment method as that used in the initial Transaction by the Customer, unless the Customer opts for a different method of collecting the respective amount of money. www.naturenest.roreserves the right to postpone this refund until the Products are received from the Client.
The Client is responsible for ensuring the proper packaging of the Products to be returned in an intact (undamaged) condition. www.naturenest.ro reserves the right to withhold from the amounts reimbursed to the Customer the value resulting from the decrease in the value of the Products following their handling by the Customer, if these handlings are other than those strictly necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the Products.
www.naturenest.ro only returns the value of the product, not the shipping costs. Return costs (return shipping) will be borne by the customer.
